What are my chances of 700?

OK I have been working on my score thanks to this site.  Here is what I'm left with:

• Revolving credit util:    81%  (have a couple more yet to post that might bring it down to about 75%)
• Capital One:  2x30 ; 3x60 from 2003 - tried GW no luck - twice
• NMAC:  3x30 from 2003 - they are complete idiots-if I ask for GW they will make it worse.  Trust me.
• Collection:  Feb 2003 - about to pay this off - they won't PFD

I am trying to wait it out to buy a car.   What are my chances of getting to 700 within 2 months?  Any at all?  Do they pull all 3 for car loans?

keep in mind that auto loans and mortgages  go by D/R     your high UTIL will hurt

late payments hurt les after 2 years and even less as time goes on!

As to the collection.......what is the DOFD  DOLA and what is your SOL. (from the OC)

Who is reporting the OC  CA or both?
