What date is important for CHEX

So for the 5-years removal rule, what date does chex systems use? Is it the Date of Closure. Mine is 06/25/2018 yet the account is still reporting.

It's 5 years from the date it was reported.

How do I find the "Date Reported"? Nothing on my report. Is it the "closure status date"? (Which is the same as the closure date)
