Not sure, I have the same issue with an old one, should NOT be on but EX refuses to delete. It shows "sold in 2004" but not on record. EX says they won't delete if it's not past due...the thing was past due 3/99 and charged off.
Just faxed them proof in the form of an old report showing DOLA date and requested it be removed.
