What is Experians problem?

I have two accounts that went bad on me back in 2004, derogs. The last credit report I pulled in Oct 2010, stated that one will remain on report until "Jan 2011", the other "Feb 2011". I subscribe to "Experian Direct", not for the non-fico score, but for the report. It allows me to pull my credit report from experian everyday. So the question is, it's now Feb 2011, and both still remain. I have heard that maybe Experian drags their feet but I'm not sure. I'm afraid to call them about it, for fear it would stay. My wife and I are trying to reach 700's for a truck purchase in June.

Any thoughts?

They did the same for DW last and this month with a CA. Last month's EX report showed a drop off date of 1/2011. This month's report is missing that drop off date and the CA is still there.

EX is as EX does. If they tell you one date (and it didn't change), then expect it to drop off one month later. In other words, if their standard is 7 years for the CRTP, as an example, then expect it to be 7 yrs and one month. I bet yours will fall off later this month. I'd leave it if no big purchases in this month.
