What is the difference between Privacy Guard and Credit Check Total?

I have challenged credit. I hired White Jacobs and Associates to help me with this issue and get me into a house. I was using Credit Check Total as a score monitoring tool but then was told to use Privacy Guard because that is the score and information mortgage lenders use. My scores in Privacy Guard are 462 - Experian, 536 - Transunion and 476 - Equifax. My scores with Credit Check Total are 566- Experian; 590 - Transunion and 552 - Equifax. Which scores are accurate? Which scores do the lenders truly

use?

I believe mortgage lenders mostly use FICO 04.

Here's one of the footnotes from Privacy Guard's website:

2 Your CreditXpert® Scores are provided by CreditXpert Inc. Although these scores are not used by lenders to evaluate your credit, they are intended to reflect common credit scoring practices and are designed to help you understand your credit. Your scores are based on information from the files at the three major credit reporting agencies. Your scores may not be identical or similar to scores you receive directly from those agencies or from other sources.

FICO 08:Jan 18, 2017: EX 800 EQ 725 TU 799
FICO 08:Feb 10, 2017: EX 788 EQ 772 TU 791 (post New Year's app spree)
In the garden as of 1/4/2017. Will remain for all of 2017.
