Hey guys,
I have a Credit Tracker option on my CapitalOne CC website that I use on the daily. It's showing that I have a credit score of 690 but on MyFico my scores show up around the mid 640's. Which information is the more reliable score?
myfico is a real score and creditone tracker is fake.

Capital One Credit Tracker scores are (TU) FAKO (educational purposes only). The scores that you obtain here on MyFICO are the real FICO scores.
well that's depressing....

All scores are accurate but only for their own scoring models. You can't rely on one scoring model to determine a score generated by an entirely different scoring model. CO's score is FAKO (if you want to determine your score with Credit Karma it's accurate since it's the same model). myFICO's is an 08 FICO. While myFICO's is a FICO it's only accurate if you're comparing it to other 08 scores and you ensure that the CRA used to generate the score and the dates that the data were pulled were the same (i.e. no data differences). While many creditors use scores based on the 08 model not all do. You can't rely on any one scoring model to determine the score that any creditor out there will pull for you. In some cases you can't even obtain a score based on certain models.
This is an extremely common topic so don't overlook prior discussions as resources and don't overlook the Understanding FICO Scoring subforum.

That's why I don't recommend fixating over the specific numbers. Read up on the factors used to assess your credit and focus on the data in your reports. Good reports lead to good scores. Try starting here:
