What's the hold up with Capital One Updating CRA'S?

I just checked my husband's and my credit reports.

ALL cards from Capital ONE with the exception on 1 have been updated on the reports!  I don't understand what's going on.  Last update was April 11th!  Card that were due on May 8th have been updated!

1st Premiere hasn't updated since April 19th!  Payment has been made on May 13th!

Also have a loan that I paid May 14th and it hasn't updated either! Last update on loan was April 1st!

Is this legal? Should I dispute it?

Starting all over again!

Have you called them to find out if they can tell you what is happening?

No I haven't.  I just noticed it.  I saw another post about Cap one taking forever to process a payment, so I was wondering if anyone on here had the same issue.

I will call Thursday if no one here has the same issue.

Payment dates are irrelevant.  What are the report dates for your accounts?  Also consider that CRA's do not instantly update when a creditor reports.  It can take the CRA several business days to update.

Not enough info to determine the former but it doesn't sound like it.  As for the latter, you can't dispute something that isn't on your reports.  Don't be so quick to jump to conclusions and disputes.
