A SW alert won't alert you to any changes to payment history, except for derogatory info. You'd have to pull your report to see the actual changes.
Question: How old were the lates? Did you get an increase in your score for TU and EX through FICO?
If the updates to TU and EX were recent, then I'd give EQ a little more time to update, if it hasn't happened already.
On a couple of occasions, I've received a SW alert and the report changes a day or two after the alert. Weird, I know.
If after a week or two and still no update, then I would do a GW by the same means you did it before. It seemed to work well for you. Be friendly and thank them for helping you with EX and TU. Then ask for the favor to remove the lates on EQ.
