The ODDEST thing...I've been disputing LVNV for 2 years with them and (3) different CAs, not to mention the Bureaus. Had a Summary Judgment hearing last summer, next is the upcoming trial to determine how much I may have to pay (I'm preparing argument now) - purchased debt, they never provided proof they even own it as a purchased debt (but documents show they did).
The latest trick in January & Aug last year were to falsely report me as 90 days late twice (I've never made a payment because I wanted validation), so I've got the paperwork ready for court but haven't filed yet - mortgage lender said WAIT until I close on home to start lawsuit...
Yesterday I pulled my 3-1 thru AMEX and ALL trace of the account WAS GONE! I never got any notice or anything - WHAT DO YOU MAKE OF IT??????????????
All 3 bureaus had shown "consumer disputes", then EQ removed that statement, I disputed again w/copy of older report and rec'd their updated report - it was completely removed as well.
ADVICE please??!!!
