My first Amex took two statements until it first reported.

My next two (including PRG) reported after the first statement.

This is now my 3rd cycle and still nothing is reported. I wonder if I should call them?

Typical AMEX stuff. I wouldn't bother calling them it will show up. My BCP approved in first week of OCT didn't report till the end of JAN.

AMEX finally reported to the 3 CRAs and My score dropped 10-15 points. I'm guessing its bse of the High Balance on a new card they reported or the effect it caused on my UTI. But overall I'm glad its updated, I'll try not to charge alot this Month since its apparent they report the Statement Balance even though the actual bal is zero.

Charge cards aren't factored into revolving utilization for current FICO models.  Unless you have an MSD where backdating would not decrease your AAoA then the PRG decreased your AAoA.

I'm now in this boat. My second statement for my PRG posted a couple of days ago and still nothing on the bureaus. However, I don't see this as a problem! The longer they take to report the less time I'll be sitting in new-account-penalty land.
