When Will Inquiries Drop Off?

I have an INQ from 1/5/2018.  I know it became unscorable in 2019.  Just curious when it actually drops off of your report, not visable to lenders?

My understanding from here is that for EX specifically, it will drop off of your report the 1st Saturday of the new month after it aged 2 years.  I was looking for that to happen today but it still shows.

Should fall off when it updates 25 months from said inquiry, so it should be gone by the nest update.

Yes, wait until next update and it should no longer be there.

Thanks for the replies.  I have and EX subscription so I get daily updates.  Both replies note "next" update.  Janus notes 25 months.  So is this tomorrow or 2/6  or actually 2/8 if in fact these changes hit on Saturdays?

EX should tell you when it’s due to be removed but it’s typically 25 months, IIRC.

I've watched about 12 poof in the last 3 months.

Experian always takes forever to delete inquiries. I had 3 from December that just recently dropped off, and it took forever. I think maybe the middle of January is when they finally vanished.

Thanks everyone. EX says 1/5/2020 is the removal date but I believe I got the understanding about the 1st Saturday of the following from Remedios' response to Queen_Etherea's post last year.   So I was expecting it to be removed 2/1.

I looked at the calendar, and it should have been removed on the 02/01. For some reason, I thought Saturday was the 31st 😐
I guess they are slacking on housekeeping.
Anyways, all of mine have fallen off on the first Saturday of the following month, so maybe it has something to do with 1st being a Saturday.
Leave it to CRAs to make even simplest of things appear clandestine
