When applying for NFCU can I also apply for their CC on the same pull?

My understanding is that they do a credit check when applying for a new account "Savings Account" which begins your membership.  Can I apply for their credit card once approved to be a member with the one hard pull?

They will do a separate pull for each product, so you'll get another pull if you apply for a CC.   But it's worth it IMO since they are usually quite liberal with their approvals and CLs

Thank you for responding.... I was told that they primarily pull EQ in which I presently have 4 inquiries do you think that 4 inquries may hurt me?

No, I really don't think they care about Inqs.   At least I have never seen anyone post that NFCU denied them for it.

Also they sometimes pull TU as well or instead of EQ.

In our case, they did not do a credit check at all for membership, but they did do one for our credit card & another for our auto loan.  1 EQ & 1 TU.
