I would give CK a couple weeks to get their act together.
I sent GW letters three weeks ago to six creditors and a week later, three of them had removed all their derogs according to CK (from my Experian file only).
I got excited! Then my credit report refreshed the next week and they were back -- I think some of these issues are due to their site overhaul, and not accurate reflections of the credit report.
