When does USAA update?

I have USAA's credit monitoring service and I wanted to know what time (daily) do they update the reports?

Anyone been able to figure this one out? Have you noticed any pattern that could give their timing away?

USAA's CMS is a rebrand of CCT. When I had CCT, as with all others out there it seems, the CRs typically updated early morning EST. I recall checking around 2-3-4 am and sometimes got an error message because the CRAs were updating. I was always good to go by 6am.

Barring system outages, 3am ET has always worked for me. I work 3rd shift and that's when I do my daily pull.

Pull mine each morning at 6am EDT and it's good-to-go

5/2012: 560 credit scores across the board
12/2014: 750+
3/2017: 780+
11/2019: 833
2/2023: Experian via Chase United Explorer CC pull - 891

I have the premium monitoring and do not get a daily update and still have not received one for this month at the 30 day mark.
