When logged in, myFICO has a menu option of "Get a Credit Card"...

When logged in, myFICO has a menu option of "Get a Credit Card". You put in what kind of card you want, rewards, balance transfer option, what your credit score rating is (excellent, good, etc.) and it lists a bunch of creditors.

Does this mean that you are likely to qualify for a card with these lenders? If not, what exactly is the point of this resource and how do you determine which creditors ARE likely to grant you a credit card?
Filed Chapter 13 April 2012. Case successfully closed May 2017, about 1 month after 60th payment. FAKO scores on close date: TU 695 EQ 697. Received discharge July 11th - took forever! Real EX day of discharge 624.

It's intended to be informative.  Fill the fields and it lists the cards you may be interested in applying for. You are not guaranteed any approval.  For example, lets say my credit is excellent and I want a low intro and ongoing apr cc with cash back rewards, push the button and it lists the cards that match that criteria.  That's it.
