Your credit report will list the account open date in the account's detail section...
Most credit accounts on your credit report will remain there for 7 years after they are closed. The account closed date is sometimes listed in the details section, but may not be depending on the format of your CR. If closed date is not shown, look for the last payment history month/year shown and that will be an estimate of when it was closed... +7 years account will be removed from your CR.
