Where do I find removal dates.

I am looking at different versions of my report and I cant seem to find the removal dates for a couple negatives I have. Can anyone help me?

You can either call the CRA's and ask them or pull your reports from annualcreditreport.com. Your TU report from there will definitely show you when it's scheduled to be deleted.

What are the derogs for which you want to know their exclusion dates?

You can normally calculate the exclusion dates from the date of occurence of the derog and the relevant period set forth in FCRA 605(a).

Monthly delinquencies, 7 years from their date of occurence.

Charge-offs and collections, no later than 7 years plus 180 days from the DOFD.

I have a few lates on two cards that are closed. those are my major hicups.
