Where to go from here?

Ok I sent out a goodwill letter to discover card....with no luck. I received a letter back today telling me the information reported to the cras was correct (I didn't say it wasn't) I sent it to the address listed on my CR does anyone know of a good contact or someone peticular to send another one to?

Tweak the letter (no excess drama) and send again, and again and again - until they accomodate you (even if it only to keep you from repeadly asking).

Thanks Scarlet...do you think I should send it to the same address...because it seems it wound up in the New Accounts Credit department. Any thoughts on what other department I should try and find an address/person to send it to.
