Which to target first CREDIT UT or Collections to CSCORE?

Which to target first CREDIT UT (current UT is at 30%) from most recent update this month (Dec.) or Collections for CSCORE?

Appreciate any reply, happy holidays to all! Smiley Happy

Anything that isnt paid will look a whole lot better paid. 30% util isnt the end of the FICO world. Pay off the debts and stay below 30% or try to get below 28% would be even better. Pay the debts first. More advise will arrive shortly. My 2 cents.

+1 @firemedic

Agree—pay off collections first. If you were maxed out, I would say get UT down but you’re far from that.

OP, good for you for wanting to tackle this.

Paying off collections first—that’s what I’d do.

Collections for sure, your UT is not that bad really, though if you could squeeze it down to 28% and still take care of your collections that would be optimal.
