Which version of my EQ report would a creditor see?

I'm just using EQ as my example but the question would involved all 3 CRA.  I have a copy of my EQ report I got directly from EQ 3 weeks ago when I began my credit repair journey.  I disputed a few things on it.  Some of which were updated (some lates) & some things were deleted.  (inquiries & a couple minor collections...also a judgment that just disappeared which I have no idea how but I'm not complaining)

So fast forward & last week I requested my EQ score from my fico so I could see what it looked like.  As part of purchasing the score I received a copy of my EQ report only all the info that is supposedly gone from my EQ report (lates, inquiries, etc) are still showing on that version.  So then today I got another copy of my EQ report from EQ & it is showing the stuff deleted/updated.

So my question is if a creditor pulls my EQ report which version are they going to see??  I'm hoping the more cleaned up version but considering they look at your FICO score I'm worried they will get the version that I got from myfico.

Starting Scores 10/12: EQ 460 (FICO)/TU 502 (FAKO)/EX 474 (FAKO)
(7/14): EQ 572 (FICO)/TU 624 (FICO)/ EX 612 (FICO)

Current (2016): EQ 605 (FICO)/TU 657 (FICO)/EX 646 (FICO)

They pull directly from the bureaus.

It sounds like for some reason this stuff hadn't updated last week, so when you pulled, it didn't show. Lately many of us have noticed that EQ has been ridiculously slow in updating. Unless there was some hiccup in transmitting the info from Equifax to here.

But your full reports are on the CRA's, not here, and your scores are crunched at the CRA's as well. So as long as their reports are properly updated, everything should be fine.

That's what I thought but after what happened to me I kind of wondered.  So now I know my FICO score I got was probably too low if it wasn't current & up to date.
