Why EQ is not updating???

I called 1 of my CCC's (HSBC) and my CU and both said they updated my accounts with EQ.  Cap1 said they faxed EQ and notice to delete my lates.

I paid my UTIL from 67% to under 10% and I haven't heard anything.  Also I disputed to TL's on my account on March 14th.  I know it takes 30-45days.

My Question is  1.  "Is that 30-45 business days or Calendar days"

                          2. Should I send EQ my GW letter from Cap1,

                          3.  Can I send my copy's of my statements for the accounts that I dispute b/c of balance incorrect to speed up the dispute process???

Also I disputed to TL's on my account on March 14th.-

EQ will often block updaes on the TL's while they are in dispute-

My advice is if the OC says they will push the update- let them do it-
