I just received my monthly updated MyFico Credit Report and I noticed dispute comments listed on an account that I have never disputed. Why is that and should I call to ask them to be removed?

No, never the account has only been open for 4 months so I have never had a need.
You can call the CRA and advise them there was no dispute and to remove the comment.
