Why no alerts lately....impatient

At first, I was getting one, maybe two alerts a day or at least 3 or 4 a week.  Lately no alerts!  It is driving me crazy!!!!  I have to have those alerts!!!!

Don't you have anything better to do than wait around for credit report alerts?? JK

SW alerting info should be coming soon (hopefully).

Unfortunately, I have lots more things to do.....just nothing else I am so obssessed about!!!!!

I feel you mamabear. I could never depend on alerts. That's why I fork out the extra dough for Truecredit. I know of a change within 24 hours of it happening because I pull a daily tri-merged. I usually get the alerts, if at all, several days or even a week later.

I have to admit... TC alerting works well. As you noted, alerts come in within 24 hours.

Actually what I meant was that I check my actual reports. Even TC alerts can be slow. With the TC tri-merged it shows all 3 CRA's in columns on the same page which is nice. At the top it shows a summary of accounts open, closed, derogs, inquiries, etc. displayed as rows of numbers. So what I'll do is open my report to show the summary info, then open a new browser window and run the update. Then I compare the previous day summary to the new pull by bouncing between the two browser windows. A quick glance reveals any changes in the numbers, in which case I drill down until I pinpoint the change.
