Never filed a chargeback before and havent had my cards long but ran into a very weird issue. I ordered an item from a known website, the item was shipped through fedex. Supposedly it was delivered and tracking shows that but i do NOT have the item! never saw it, wasnt even home when it was delivered
Now the company has filed a claim with fedex and its up to them if they approve or deny it. If the approve the company will gladly send me another product. If fedex denies then i get nothing. Now its not very fair on my part since i didnt do anything.
Now if i were to lose is there anything i could do with my CC company? or would they just go by the tracking and be like oh it was delivered so your word means nothing?
