Would this be OK?

Would it be ok to DV a CA after the 30 day window has expired? In the process of preparing a letter, could the CA sue if i didnt write it in the proposed timeframe ?

Re: Would this be OK?

No, thy certainly can't sue for not dving within 30 days.. I would guess it depends on how close to the SOL is, if I would do anything about it, or let it sit. If it's a couple of months away from SOL, leave it alone, because you might just point out to them that they are running out of time to sue. Otherwise, by all means, DV them.

Re: Would this be OK?

No they just popped out of nowhere last month (DEC)! The OC is SPRINT, paid a similar bill to SPRINT that is showing up as this new collection. The paid sprint bill was in the amount of $301 and this new collection is from sprint in the amount of $308, I think they are trying to pull a double WHAMMY!

Thanks, Annah!
