In your case - if CRTP is close, I would just wait for them to drop (and track down the SOL answer in the interim)  ANY attorney can tell you the anser to SOL (be honest, giving the dates you were out of the country) and when the tolling ended and time began to run again.

Hey guys never to old to try and fix your credit im 41 and just beginning.  I never knew how important it would be later in life until I became happily divorced.  So let me see if I understand I have a few account that are showing the same thing I should take the newer reports and PFD them.  My score has fallen 71 points after I did a dispute for a phone bill I didn't even hace I plan on sending a DV to the CA.  Is this the right tep to be takin.
