Looking for cc or signature loan that will give me about 15k to consildate debt. looking at a 669 fico with Equifax, 641 with experian. any help

couple of baddies but they old:

1 collection will be gone by end of 2008

1 late pay discover, 30 days 2006

Lates pays on mortgage back in 2004, account closed and never been late again 60 days

Recent Inq:

Macy's got the card

Citi got the card

Mortgage for a rental house, got the mortgage

Do you belong to a credit union?  With the above info it may be hard to get an unsecured loan in that amount.
