citi card pre selected card for a ten year old

I put my daughter who is ten years old as an authorized user six months ago on my capital one quick silver master card, today she  just received a pre selected invitation from from citi preferred diamond.my fico score is in the upper 780 across the board all three bureaus, should i junk the invite, or upen it for her .please advice.

I'm not sure if she could open the account on her own as a ten year old ~ guessing that she'd need to be at least 18.
