collection question

I paid a collection off with the original creditor, the collection that did not purchase the debt, will not remove the account until I pay them the interest that they charged.  Is there anything that I can do?

Call the OC and tell them to pull back the CA since you had already paid them (the OC).
 
Send a DV letter to the CA CMRRR and dispute as 'not mine' as soon as they get the green card.
