deleted collection acct after adding consumer statement

i recently added a consumer statement to an old collection account that ive tried to dispute through experian with no luck. the last time i disputed this account was back in febuary. last week i decided to add a consumer statement online that i never paid late on that acct. i checked the next day and it stated that it was currently being investigated. the third day it was removed. why?
