disputed items that were removed.

Quick question. I have been using lexington law and a few accounts have been removed from Trans union. So my question is once it's removed from one will it be removed from all 3.

Unfortunately no. Each CRA will have to be dealt with individually.

Out of curiosity what was removed?

Edited twice because I can't seem to spell tonight.

It depends on how/why the deletion occured.

If, as a result of a dispute with one CRA, the furnisher corrects or deletes information that cannot be verified, they are required to notify each CRA they have also reported the info to of the correction/deletion.  FCRA 623(b)(1)(D).

However, if they deleted after a dispute but the deletion was not due to a finding of inaccuracy, then notice to other CRAs is not required.
