i have fako scores, just for whatever reason everyone tells me i dont have a fico score, the bank fico.com etc.. ive had credit cards since june this year to build my fico score? what am i doing wrong or what else do i need>?
Hi zedek and welcome to the forums.
In order to generate a FICO score there are minimum requirements:
So if it's only been since June since you got your first card then you'll probably have to wait until January to get a score.
From a BK years ago to:
EX - 3/11 pulled by lender- 835, EQ - 2/11-816, TU - 2/11-782

oh ok, i have 2 cards i got in june i use everymonth very low balance ( im talking only 10 dollars at most) my total available credit is only 500 with both cards combined, and I pay them off on time, after the six months what kinda score do you think ill have, the only things on my report are the 2 cards showing all good no lates, 3 collections one is from this year for 120 dollars? the other 2 are medical collections from years ago for about 800 dollars total, and like 3 inquiries from the cards and when i tried to get a house loan. no judgments or anything either. Or even after a year, idk how long it will take before i can get a fha loan, transrisk fako says 579 and 652 for vantage fako, are any of those close to what my fico actually is? or i just have to wait till jan to see?
Welcome Zedek!
We are in the same "waiting game" boat as you are with no FICO score yet. We are using the time until a true FICO score is generated to clean up the erroneous derogatory information from our credit reports so that when a FICO score is generated 6-7 months from now, it will be a good one. There is no way of knowing what the score will be, of course, but, we are doing our best to make it a pleasant surprise.
We use a credit monitoring service that gives us our FAKO scores too but, knowing that they are FAKE -- we ignore them and just concentrate on our Credit Reports provided by the service. Its the Credit Reports that are the main focus right now.

A few lenders use the VantageScore to make decisions but the overwhelming majority of lenders still use FICO scores. One thing about the VS is the scoring range is so much different than FICO score ranges. VS's range from 501-990 whereas FICO ranges from 300-850.
There is really no way to compare or correlate FAKO scores to FICO scores. Your true FICO's could be much higher or lower than the FAKO's. You won't know until you are able to pull your FICO's.
