dv/disput questions

I still dont understand how to dv a collection agency for a paid collection and then dispute it with the cra. i need to have two paid collections removed that i paid to the original creditor. i would like to do this as soon as possible. also is it the dv that i am not going to sign my name to? what are the grounds for disputing the ca is it because i do not owe them any money.  the oc sent the ca an update and the ca entries now read paid on my credit report.

Send the CA a letter DV  and in it state that you did not pay them * delete it*) I could be wrong BUT you did not pay them & im sure that you have a receipt or cancelled check made out to the OC.

Send them a normal DV  CMRRR......just as if you never paid the debt & let them try and answer you.
