btw, I was told by the online representitive that Cap1 Journey card provides free credit score. 

  • of cash you can earn, and your rewards don’t expire
  • Free online tool to track and monitor your credit score
  • No annual fee

Not sure whether it's a FICO or not.

PSECU, on the other hand, does seem to have a residency requirement.
