I asked because that concretely points to CapOne removing the TL and the CRAs not being involved. CapOne probably saw it as a dispute and removed it. Unfortunately, things like this happen. In the future, most CCs like CapOne will report the balance you had on the statement date; they don't report each time you make a payment. It's common they'd remove the TL because you disagreed with their reporting. I'd give it two statements past the deletion date and if still not there, I'd call them and bug them. Sometimes that works.
