help with a judgement

I am new to the forum and new to credit repair. I disputed a judgement that was on my 3 cra's approx 30 days ago. exp didn't remove it. transunion did and i haven't heard from equifax yet. the problem that i'm having is that even when i called the creditor to pay the judgement, they said that the acct had been sold to another company. when i called the new creditor, they said that they had no info on me. this is why i disputed the judgement in the first place. any advice on what i should do about experian not removing it although transunion did. i did all of the disputed online

Re: help with a judgement

If this account a judgement you usually have to go through a court o rthelawyer epresenting it. I believe judgements are out of collection agency hands and you will need to talk to a representing lawyer or the court systme the jusdgement was issued from.

Whatever you do, don't pay the judgement until you are sure that it's yours and you were served properly. I would verfiy with the courts, maybe file a motion to vacate.

Thanks
