Ok... it's time for me to really kick it up a notch! I met with my banker yesterday and we pulled my credit report again. (The last time was in February).
Despite having paid a judgment and eliminating some of the debt, my score hasn't changed much. Part of the problem is the judgment is still appearing on the credit report.
I have all of the paperwork proving the judgment has been paid and taken care of. My banker suggested sending letters to the three credit reporting bureaus to let them know the judgment has been paid. Can anyone offer suggestions/templates for the wording of these letters?
