is bk better than 7 lates?

I have a student loan that was supposed to be included in my bk but there was some confusion with the oc and,  they're reporting that I missed 6 payments 120 days late, but still says "pays account as agreed."   It's showing that I have 7 late payments now on my fico.

Should I dispute it as included in bk and hope they don't respond and chance it getting deleted or just leave it?

Can student loans even be included in a BK?  I thought you were stuck paying on them even if you file.

Student loans have an extra-special status under BK law, they are not quite impossible to escape but it is extremely difficult.  I would suggest original poster check out the Student Loans forum here.
