I have a 624 credit score but have about 50k in debt in credit cards and high interest  loans through rise and springleaf a year ago while going through divorce.Income is about 94k a year and the monthly bills are killing me.Is THERE any banks i could actually speak to without filling out on line app or a bank someone would suggest.

I'm not sure who would give a loan without some sort of app involved. With that said, maybe look into talking to a decent Credit Union about your situation. They are good at offering different ways that you.can consolidate this debt at a better rate overall. Just my opinion.
