lost 100 points in less than a month 1/2

Since April i signed up with Experian for all three reports and scores Ex 627 Eq 597 Tu 627 Had two collections(charge offsa lot of lates and debt I sold second home to reduce debt, caught up on all lates paid charge off and in return i have in writing account  'Satisfiedhad my lawyer take care of that. Reports do not show any of this except paid off a morgage I know it can take time to get info on credit report but just pulled Fico score EQ 522 and TU 550  don't want to look at Experian .Can't understand no new inquirys or late payments nothing has changed except i am all caught up everyboby has been payed as a matter of fact ahead on some payments and lowered my debt quite a bit and score can lose 100 points

You are comparing apples to oranges. The scores provided by Experian are not FICO score. They are a fake score we call a "FAKO". Lenders don't use these scores and are totally unrelated to the FICO score. You are comparing two different scoring systems.

As of this past February, it is impossible to pull your EX FICO score unless you had help from a lender.
