I filed bankruptcy with Foley's and they were purchased by macy's.
I called them recently and they were real rude.
I only had one account with foley's but they said I had a revolving and also a installment
account. I never had an installment account with them but they won't remove it from
my credit report even though there's no balance. My credit report show's two Macy's
accounts with a bankruptcy. Any suggestions.
I want to pay Macy's account off. I owe them $600. I want to offer them a payoff but only if they
will remove the negativity from my credit report. Does anyone have a letter I can use.
