Did your bk fully pay the debt or did it just do a partial payment. If it was a partial payment they had to do a charge off to get the balance of of their books. I believe the Ch.13 involves full repayment but Ch. 7 only involves partial payment. You are better off asking this in the bk forum as they are going to be more familiar with bk rules and how the accounts should report for the different bk types.
