myFICO vs WaMu FICO

myFICO has my TU FICO at 669 and WaMu has my TU FICO at 684.  Anyone run into this?  WaMu claims to be FICO, or is it Fako?

The score you get with WaMu is a FICO, but it's a bankcard-enhanced FICO.  With this score, your credit card accounts are weighted more heavily than they are in the Classic FICO scores you can get at myFICO.

Re: myFICO vs WaMu FICO

So in other words, my credit card credit is the best part of my FICO?

Maybe.  It could also mean that you don't have much going on on your reports other than credit cards.

It's also not possible to do a direct comparison because Classic FICOs run 300-850 while bankcard-enhanced FICOs run 250-900.

Re: myFICO vs WaMu FICO

The latter sounds more likely I think.  I have a mortgage and two autos as well.

its kinda like when you go to a car dealership. they are fico but they will usually give you your auto fico which just means your auto stuff is just weighed more heavily
