How close are myfico.com scores to kroll factual data or a similar agency for a mortgage loan?
My fico score from a loan officer 2 months ago was little over 580 equifax and I got my new fico score today off this site myfico.com and it was a 632 I need a minimum of 620 for a loan and I have done tons of stuff to improve my credit like secured credit card, Paid off all delinquent accts and before I have her re-pull my scores I want to make sure these are accurate or at least pretty close
Thank you! it is the same. Do you know if the TU is Fico classic?

Do you mean the TU score sold here? Yes it's the Classic TU98 version which is an older version but still used by some lenders.
Thank you
FYI: Most mortgage lenders pull TU-04, not the TU-98 sold on this site. There are a few, but they are vastly outnumbered by TU-04 pullers. KFD pulls TU-04.
Just a reminder, with a mortgage they will yuse your middle score IE not the highest or the lowest you receive
Thanks for the replys I got prequalified today. eq:633 tu:654 ex: 622
just a month and a half ago it was eq:598 tu:598 ex:594 all I did was open a secured card 3 months ago and pay off a few delinquent accts.
Was your score for Kroll similar to myfico? I will be having my lender pull my credit soon and this is who they use. My current FICO is 684. Just wonder how off that number is to what will be pulled.
congrats
