need help what is next step

I have a collection on my acct..I sent a DV it's been about 45 days, haven't gotten nothing at all from them, sent certified and got my card back..so I disputed with the credit bureau, they verified and it now shows updated but nothing changed..what do I do??

You will need to send a letter to the CRAs (include copy o DV, the GC, etc) and tell them tney haven't validated and since they haven't validated thet they can report.

I think Happy Days has the letter.

Lady scarlett what is the GC?? and show I search for the letter on here from happy days??? so i send the letter to the cra, include a copy of my dv...

2nd question about different creditor

also i have a creditor i sent a dv to, they sent back info and i keep pfd but not getting any response..what do I do on this one now?

GC=green card from their receipt of it (proving they got it).

send another PFD to a 'person' - search their website for contacts. PFD can go out regular mail...
