need help with experian

I have a collection account from 5 years ago and I disputed it with experian 3 years ago and they will not redispute. The other cras removed it and so will experian if they just contact the collection agency. How can I get them to redispute, they say you can only do it once?

dont you have any letters or anything from the collection agency to send to experian or have to collection agency call and have it removed from your report. i dont know i am new here but it seems that might be a better route

Is this account yours? And how did you dispute it? Not mine, inaccurate, etc?
