2 collections two years old. One paid off one month after it was reported. Paid in full, no settlement, is noted as such on the report.
The other one I am challenging because it was bogus. $109. Both collections were medical accounts.
Am putting down 10%, will still have 6 months expenses in the bank. 8 year continuous employment history with same employer, solid income, low debt load. 5 current accounts in good standing.
