pleaseeeeeeeeee help me

My brother crash my car into someone car, now i received a letter of "entering and docketing of judgement for 1888.88, it was enter on n0v. 13, 2007"  Now I check my credit it is not on it.  will it appear on it later.  the court donot have my ss# so can they will place it on my credit.
my score is 616, how will it change incase it hit my credit

Did you go to court for this? If not you may need to talk to an Attorney and see what they can do to get it vacated. Your brother should pay for the damages not you and that is who they should have sued.

A few people have suggested a lawyer.  I do too as this was an uninsured and possibly unregistered vehicle apparently titled to you, which was involved in the accident.  Hopefully your brother was at least licensed.  A score change is the least of your worries and yes of course your SSN can be found in 2 seconds since this is all tied into DMV and police reports.
 
Call your local legal aid type organization and get a few names of attorneys who specialize in auto insurance cases.   At the least, you can get a free 1/2 hour consult.

I was in a similar situation. Yes, they can and will put this on your credit if you DO NOT pay the money. You will probably get a chance to make some type of arriangement. The money they want is for fixing the other person car
