My son is 29yrs old,divorced 1yr ago,newly laid off since march 09. His CR's looked like your did, when you started.
With little info on his CR's--one car loan pd off 8/09 and a CA unpaid phone bill from 2005 for $214.Still having a hard time even getting the CR, still working to get TU. Maybe next year, we can get close to the same results as you did.
As young as you are,having myfico knowledge will lead to a bright future. Just look how far you came in just 12mos. I wish I knew this info much earlier in life, but better late then never

Another year gone by, another update.
First year into a leased car cosigned with my father. Paying car and Credit Card bill every month early or on time. Updated Scores:

Equifax 671
I've kept my reported balances low (paying off a chunk of the balance right before the statement closes) and my credit line is $2,000 now on the BoA card.
Aside from letting time take its course, how do I reach the 700's?
