"Account Status" text: Symantics or it means something?

Bear with me.  Here are the facts, the best I know them:

EX, 706   &  TU, 740 pulled within 3 days of one another.    All data is reporting the same, with the following exceptions:
  • EX has one more inquiry in the last 12 months.
  • I have an installment accout with several 30day lates over the last year.    Smiley Mad   The "Account Status" field for this on EX shows "Current account/was 30 days past due date three times".  The Account Status field on TU shows "Paid or Paying as agreed".  Both show the same 3 30day lates, the only difference is the text in the Account Status field.  This is an open and active Installment TL.
Now, the one additional INQ can not be costing me all 34 points.  The account balances are the same, and the number of accounts are the same.

What tips me off that the "status" may be triggering a hit is the EX notation that "The date of your most recent missed payment is unknown. " and is costing me points.  It is not "unknown",  it is very well known and listed there on my report.

Any opinions on this?

It's only my opinion, but if I had a 700Smiley Surprised I wouldn't be worrying about it Smiley Happy)

Really, I don't know the answer to this, good luck though

Not that it matters to my original question, but there is a tangible and significant difference between 706 and 740.   Smiley Wink

When I disputed EX also updated "The date of your most recent missed payment is unknown. " and it killed my score.  Something like a 40 pt drop.  Once my disputes were complete though it jumped up again.  I would call them and ask.  I'm curious to hear the answer on how this is factored in.
